The VEDI agency has joined forces with the group of Fanny Cassani, Anna Otz and Pierre-Alain Heydel to support two municipalities and their residents, namely Les Premiers Sapins and Toullion-et-Loutelet, to dream, debate, photograph and co-create the spaces of their future. An unprecedented approach in France and for a Regional Council, placed under the sign of public innovation and citizen participation!
Two photographic and participatory observatories have been created in the municipalities involved: A case to FOLLOW OVER TIME!
